Our beef is 100% grass-fed and grass-finished from cattle that are never given growth hormones or fed grains, antibiotics, or animal by-products. We are a USDA Certified Grass Fed operation. This certification requires that our cattle be fed only grass and forage. Cattle certified under this program cannot be fed grain or grain byproducts and must have continuous access to pasture during the growing season. Our organically maintained pastures provide a wide selection of forage, giving a broad spectrum of nutrients throughout our growing season. We raise our cattle on pastures year-round, allowing them to grow naturally, at their own pace, in a natural environment that is familiar and as stress free as possible. Returning to the simple, more natural way of raising cattle results in meat that tastes like it should, just like our families enjoyed generations ago.
Our beef is available in a variety of share sizes. Whole, half, and quarter shares are cut and vacuum packaged as per your orders. Eighth shares come as a standard variety of steaks, roasts, ground beef, and specialty cuts.
