Production Practices

Rotational grazing, antibiotic free

Multi species grazing using each animal for a specific part of the grazing cycle. Cows, hogs, and turkeys are kept in paddocks made from portable electric polywire that use solar powered energizers. Everything is portable and moves with the animals as they travel through the fields. Rhode Island Reds, Angus cows, hogs, and broad breasted white turkeys are all 100% on pasture. Cornish cross spend 3 weeks in brooders, 5 weeks on pasture. All manure is placed by the animal, on pasture, right where we want it.
