We are a small local breeder that raises and sells Aberdeen Angus cattle. Why we love and chose this particular breed because of their smaller frame size, they are good natured, they are adaptable, easy calving, they can calve out in the field with the rest of the herd around. We can handle the calves at birth if need be, with their mothers right there, very hardy, they are easy to handle and are very feed efficient and maintain themselves well on grass. Great for small homesteads or larger operations.
We offer families a healthy naturally raised grass fed and grass finished beef that is humanely raised with no antibiotics or added hormones given at anytime. We sell ½ or whole beef call or email for price and availability.
Our cattle are raised on our grass fields year around which are also rich in clover! We supplement with a mineral and vitamin blocks or a tub. We grow our own orchard grass and alfalfa which is fed to the herd in the winter months when needed. We also treat them with alfalfa pellets here and there though the year kinda like how people give their pets treats cause you love them.
